Based on this philosophy, we always use local and fresh ingredients, and we have even implemented a small orchard where we grow fruits such as lime and passion fruit.

We also purchase ingredients from the native families of Cobá, such as honey from Xunancab, corn, cornfield seeds and handmade tortillas, helping to preserve the Mayan cuisine!

Virtual menu

Another practice we have taken is the permanent use of a virtual menu by QR. Although it is a simple action, it has a great impact on the reduction associated with printing and paper waste.
