For Yucatecan food lovers, we present Ticuleño Chicken, an adaptation of the traditional recipe for the famous Motuleño eggs.

In this dish, a juicy breaded chicken breast is bathed in tomato sauce with a touch of finely chopped turkey ham, topped with cheese on a bed of fried corn tortilla and stuffed with beans flavored with epazote.
